TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

I. In these terms: "We" Or "Us" Or "Our" Or "The Issuer" refers to "Tilal Development SAOC".

II. In these terms: "you" or "your" means the person who has purchased Mazaya Grand Advantage Card and/or the person nominated by the purchaser to use it ("the purchaser" or "cardholder").

III. The card means “Mazaya Grand Advantage Card”.

IV. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card Terms & Conditions will apply between you and us in relation to Mazaya Grand Advantage Card Program.

V. The term: "retail, retailer or merchant" refers to a store that accepts Mazaya Grand Advantage Card as a method of payment and/or offers discounts, if applicable.

VI. “POS” means point of sale terminal at a retail merchant that is participating in Mazaya Grand Advantage Card program to accept and honor payments via Mazaya Grand Advantage Card.

ABOUT MAZAYA GRAND ADVANTAGE CARD

I. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is a magnetic stripe card that functions through the point of sale terminals at participating merchants where credit amounts are depleted immediately every time a purchase is made.

II. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is a prepaid card. It is not a cash card.

III. Once Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is purchased, it can be used immediately for payments across participating stores. However, in order to receive discounts from participating retails, the Mazaya Grand Advantage Card must be activated on website: www.mazayagrand.com

IV. A Mobile Number (a local Omani number) can only be used ONCE to register & activate a Mazaya Grand Advantage Card. Once, a mobile number has been used for activation, the same number cannot be re-used to activate another Mazaya Grand Advantage Card.

V. Mazaya Grand Advantage Cards are accepted at all participating merchants at Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments. A list of participating merchants is available on this website.

VI. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card cannot be used to obtain cash via an ATM or through other channel.

VII. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

VIII. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is not a credit card or charge card.

IX. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is valid for one year (12 months) from date of purchase or last loading, after which, Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is not re-usable and becomes invalid.

X. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is a reloadable prepaid card which can be topped-up any time within the 12 months of last loading/purchase.

XI. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card can only be used until its date of expiry, unless you top up from any of MGM Customer Service counter or any of participating Tilal assets.

XII. Once the card has expired, the remaining balance cannot be claimed.

XIII. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card can be loaded with any amount, having OMR 5.000 as minimum load amount, while having no maximum limit

XIV. We are not liable for any goods and/or services purchased from any retailer when using Mazaya Grand Advantage Card. All goods and or services are covered under the retailers’ return of goods policy or warranties.

XV. For all returns and refunds pertaining to purchases made through Mazaya Grand Advantage Card, every respective retailer’s policy will apply.

XVI. We cannot guarantee that all of the retail merchants who have agreed to accept Mazaya Grand Advantage Card will continue to accept Mazaya Grand Advantage Card; however, we will do our best to ensure there is a good network and variety of retail merchants for gift cardholders to spend at.

USING MAZAYA GRAND ADVANTAGE CARD

I. Mazaya Grand Advantage Card can be purchased at the customer services desks within Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments.

II. The cardholder will be able to check card balance, view transaction history, update profile, etc. after activating their card and by logging on at www.mazayagrand.com

III. Transactions that exceed the available gift card balance will be declined at the point of sale. However, if the retailer accepts, the cardholder can perform the split payment by paying partially through Mazaya Grand Gift Card and remaining through cash/credit/debit; however, this will be subject to retailers’ in-store policy

IV. If there is a problem or dispute with a purchase of goods or services, you must address it directly with the merchant involved.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS

I. If Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is lost or stolen and it was already activated on www.mazayagrand.com, you can immediately call at 22000022 to block the card. Alternatively, you can also block the card by visiting www.mazayagrand.com, logging in your account and blocking it. If there is a balance on the card at time of blocking, a replacement card can be issued by visiting customer service desks within Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments so long as the purchaser can provide sufficient ID and/or proof of purchase or ownership. A charge of OMR 1.000 will be applicable for processing any replacement request.

II. If Mazaya Grand Card is lost or stolen and it was not activated on www.mazayagrand.com, then a replacement card cannot be issued due to the absence of any verification of data against non-activated lost card. It will be treated as lost and the unused balance cannot be claimed.

III. If lost or stolen activated Mazaya Grand Advantage Card’s some or all of the balance has already been spent prior to informing us and prior to blocking the card, then we will not be liable for the amount that has been spent before notifying us.

IV. If the gift card becomes damaged and unusable, a replacement gift card can be arranged by visiting customer service desks within Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments and the remaining balance can be loaded to the new gift card. A charge of OMR 1.000 will be applicable for processing any replacement request.

LOADING, RELOADING & UNSPENT FUNDS

I. Cardholder is required to use the complete value loaded on Mazaya Grand Advantage Card before the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase or last loading date. No extension of expiry date will be granted.

II. The Cardholder can check their card balance and validity by logging on through Mazaya Grand website and/or Mobile App any time.

III. After the expiry date, any remaining balance on Mazaya Grand Advantage Card cannot be claimed and will have to be forfeited by the cardholder.

MAZAYA GRAND ADVANTAGE CARD & PIN

I. You will require 3 digits PIN printed on your card to login on www.mazayagrand.com and activate/register your card.

II. You must set your password while activating your card.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. Tilal Development SAOC reserves the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice to benefit and improve the program including adhering to any Sultanate of Oman laws.

II. By using this card you agree to the Terms & Conditions of its use.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND ITS USAGE

I. By using Mazaya Grand Advantage Card, you authorize and permit Tilal Development SAOC to disclose and provide information about you including the Mazaya Grand Advantage Card to our authorized representatives, assignees, agents or other connected parties including the issuer's third party advisers and marketing partners.

II. By using Mazaya Grand Advantage Card you or the recipient accept that your information may be used to send you special offers, discounts and notifications related to the Mazaya Grand Advantage Card program for the purpose of cross selling and marketing of goods and service to you.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

I. These terms & conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Sultanate of Oman.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

I. The Terms of Use constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and us with respect to Mazaya Grand Advantage Card Program and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral.

I. This website is operated solely for Mazaya Grand Advantage Card Program owned by Tilal Development SAOC.
